Terms and Conditions

  • To confirm and secure the booking, full payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
  • Filming is permitted exclusively within the Green Room. Access to any other area of the premises is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
  • The Green Room is rented only for the agreed date and time. Any usage beyond the scheduled period will incur additional charges as per prevailing rates.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of prohibited substances and any form of adult content are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session. Loud music, disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate usage in the event of misuse, rule violations or unsafe conduct.
  • The facility does not provide onsite parking for caravans or support vehicles. Such vehicles must be parked externally and management assumes no liability for them.
  • The studio is located on the second floor and the building does not have elevator access.
  • Management shall not be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Renters are advised to safeguard their valuables.
  • All cancellations must be communicated in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the agreed cancellation policy.
  • Any damage caused during the rental period must be reported immediately. Any resulting loss or damage will be charged accordingly.
  • The premises must be fully vacated by the end of the scheduled booking period, including the removal of all equipment, lighting and props.
